This error indicate a printhead temperature rise error.
Solution 1:
• Power off.
• Power on.
Solution 2:
If the error persist:
- The printhead need to be replaced
- Or that's an electronic error

In order To resolve the 5200 error, you need to unplug the power cord from the back of the unit and leave it out for at least 5-10 minutes, now plug it back in and turn on the power botton of the printer. If the error still persists, contact “Canon Tech Support”
